SOCH benefits from the strong leadership of its voluntary Board of Trustees.  These talented board members from the local community dedicate valuable time and expertise and continually demonstrate their personal commitment to the governance of Southern Ocean County Hospital.  The board of Trustees sets policy to give the organization direction makes decisions based on policy and provides oversight by monitoring decisions and actions to ensure accountability of management and the medical staff.
