About The Facility:
The same high-quality outpatient care
offered at SOCH is available to residents of Little Egg Harbor
through the SOCH Center for Health, a fully licensed ambulatory
care facility. The SOCH Center
for Health offers outpatient testing services, including lab, x-ray
and mammography; rehabilitation services, community wellness programs
and board-certified physicians from various specialties.
Directions
From Forked River, Manahawkin
and Points North:
Take Garden State Parkway South to Exit 58
(Route 539). At the stop sign at the end of the exit, make a left
onto Route 539 South (heading toward Little Egg Harbor and Tuckerton).
Proceeed on Route 539 South to Route 9. At the Route 9 traffic
light, make a right onto Route 9 South. Follow Route 9 South past
McDonalds (on left) and through traffic light. Continue on Route
9 South to the next traffic light (Mathistown Road) and make a
left onto Mathistown Road. The Southern Ocean Center for Health
is located on the right, past the Little Egg Harbor branch of the
Ocean County Library.
From Atlantic City and Points South
Take the
Garden State Parkway North to the US 9 exit, which is Exit 50
Stay straight to go onto US-9 North. Go to the second traffic light,
make a right onto Mathistown Road. The SOCH Center for Health is
located on the right, past the Little Egg Harbor branch of the
Ocean County Highway
