Lifeline®

SOCH is proud to offer Lifeline® subscriptions. Lifeline® is an easy-to-use personal response service that lets you summon help any time of the day or night - even if you can't speak. All you have to do is press your Personal Help Button, worn on a wristband or pendant, and a trained Response Center Associate will assure you get help fast. The peace of mind and safety provided by Lifeline® allows you to continue to live independently in your own home.

The Lifeline® service is more than just making sure people get help. Often, what is most important is just a warm and caring voice, encouragement and a friendly hello.

Additional services available: New members are encouraged to make themselves familiar with the service by contacting Lifeline® as often as needed.

Multilingual Capability: Lifeline® can accommodate your native language either through its bilingual French and Spanish specialists or through the assistance of the AT&T Language Line. When you become a Lifeline® subscriber, our program coordinator visits your home to meet you, installs the communicator and make sure that you know how to use the service. The communicator and your personal help button are your links to Lifeline®. When you subscribe, you pay a one-time sign-on fee, plus a monthly fee. There are absolutely no other charges or fees to pay and you may discontinue the service at any time.
