I usually prefer purchasing sarees from Soch stores, but due to my sum situation I wasn't able to visit one & decided to shop online for the first time. I selected a saree, and the estimated delivery date was March 13. However, I needed it urgently as a gift and thought of checking if an early delivery was possible. To my surprise, the team went above and beyond! I received a call from Ms. Deepa from soch head office customer delight team, who was extremely helpful in assisting me. She coordinated with the staff at Orion and Mantri Mall, arranged the saree, and ensured it was delivered to me much earlier than expected. The store staff even shared saree photographs via WhatsApp before dispatching, making the process seamless and convenient. I truly appreciate the exceptional customer service and effort put in by the Soch team to fulfill my request. This experience has reinforced my trust in the brand, and I’ll definitely continue shopping with them. Highly recommend Soch for their beautiful collection and outstanding service!
