Q. Is there another franchise model besides FOFO?
A. No, the only franchise model we have currently is FOFO (Franchise Owned Franchise Operated)
Q. Will I have an exclusive territory?
A. Currently the brand doesn't sign exclusivity in any of our contracts and we don't intend to do so in the future.
Q. Should prospective franchisees have some form of business background?
A. Not necessarily, but a business background will help the franchisee to understand better the Soch method of operating.
Q. How much training is provided by Soch?
A. We will help with the recruitment by screening applicants and interviewing prospective employees. Thereafter, we will conduct the initial round of training for all the staff. Periodically, we will polish the skill sets of the staff, however, another full round of training will be done only at the request and expense of the Franchisee.
Q. What is the term of the Soch Franchise Agreement?
A. 5 years.

When your order is out for delivery, you will receive a notification by SMS with details and also you can track the order with the help of order ID or AWB on the website at the following link https://www.soch.com/in/sign-in.
Please share your order id and reason for the order cancellation at support@soch.com. Our team will confirm the order cancellation status. Please note that the order can be cancelled only before it is dispatched, once the order is dispatched order cancellation will not be accepted.

Alternatively, you can email your return request along with order ID at support@soch.com and our team will further assist you, you can also reach us through WhatsApp 7406800003 updating your order ID and reasons for returning the product.

Any products purchased from www.soch.com/in/ can also be exchanged with any other different products in any Soch store in India keeping in mind the exchange policy which is available at https://www.soch.com/in/returns-exchange. Please make sure you carry your invoice for exchange process. Returns or exchanges are applicable only for orders placed on our Indian website www.soch.com/in.
Currently, we don't offer returns or exchanges for orders placed on our international website www.soch.com/intl/
We can also have a reverse pickup initiated and then we shall replace it if the product size is available online or we shall refund the amount.
Suppose you find the same product in the required size you may place the fresh order and we will pick up and refund for these items accordingly.

Priority dispatch option is not available with us but as per the estimated date, the product will be delivered to your shipping address.
Once the product is picked up and reaches our Warehouse, it will undergo a quality check. On successful completion of the same, refund will be initiated. The whole process would take about 5 to 7 working days from the time the product reaches our warehouse.
Under normal circumstances, products at the store will be priced as same as online. However, there might be instances when there will be differences because of exclusive campaigns/offers. Periodically there might be a variation of collections on our website and in our stores.

Currently we do not charge for order cancellation. In case you have to cancel an order, we recommend to cancel the order before the product is shipped i.e., within 24 hours of placing the order.
We will initiate for the refund procedure as soon as the cancellation is completed. However please allow us up to 4 to 7 business days for the refund amount to reflect in your account.

An item is marked as 'out of stock' when it is not currently available. If you want to be notified when the product is back in stock you can enter your email ID/contact number and click on “Notify” and you will receive an intimation when the product is back in stock.
Yes, cash on delivery option is available for select pin codes.

Return to origin or RTO means that the courier company tried to deliver the order at your address but could not deliver the same due to any of the following reasons: You are not available to receive the order Your location is out of delivery area of the courier. Your address is not traceable.
You will receive the refund in the same mode of payment through which the payment was made, if it is COD, we would request you to email your bank details to support@soch.com.
We accept multiple modes of payment such as credit cards, debit cards, ATM cards, net banking and cash on delivery (COD).
