Returns Policy

At Soch, we take great care in inspecting and packing the product. However if for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your product, we'll be glad to rectify the problem or exchange the product.

Please see below for the terms and conditions of our returns & exchange policies.

15-days Returns, Exchange and Money Back policy:

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it to us within 15 days from the date the order is delivered for a refund on the full merchandise value. Alternatively, you can also exchange the product for a different size subject to the availability of the size of the product.

For Registered Users - Steps to initiate a return:

1. Please visit your 'My Accounts' after logging on to our site "www.soch.com" and choose 'Orders'. 
2. Now you will be able to see all the orders which you have placed. Select an order which you want to return.
3. Once you select an order you will be able to see the complete details of your order.
4. You will be able to see a return button for each item that is delivered to you.
5. Click on the return button and enter all the required fields as shown on your screen.
6. Once you have entered all the details click on the 'Confirm Return' button.
7. Once you click on the 'Confirm Return' button, you will receive an automated e-mail sharing the RMA number[Return Number].
8. You can track the return status under the 'Return Request' tab in your account. 
9. Based on the return request, we will arrange for pick-up through our courier partners.
10. Once we receive the returned products it undergoes a quality check from our Quality Assurance team.
11. On successful quality check of the product(s) received at our end, we will approve your return request.
12. For hassle free return experience ensure that the product is unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging, along with the tags.
