1. The Soch Circle membership is voluntary, valid for a lifetime and is non-transferable.
2. Any individual who has attained the age of 18 years, has a valid and active Indian mobile number and is shopping at any of the exclusive SOCH stores or on www.soch.com is eligible to become a member of SOCH CIRCLE Program. Presently, no enrolment fee is applicable for becoming a member of the Soch Circle Program and there is no minimum shopping limit.
3. As a pre-condition to becoming a member, a customer will be required to provide mandatory information including Full name, valid & active Indian mobile number and adhere to such terms and conditions as may be prescribed for membership from time to time. The Soch Loyalty Program membership will be issued solely at the discretion of the management and the final discretion on all matters relating to the membership shall rest with the Soch Apparels Pvt. Ltd.

1. The mobile number of the members is the primary identification for earning loyalty point upon purchase. Members need to quote their registered mobile number at the SOCH stores or www.soch.com during billing to earn loyalty points.
2. For every spend of Rs.100/-, 2 Soch Circle points will be awarded for Non- Discounted merchandise.
3. For every spend of Rs.100/-, 1 Soch Circle points will be awarded for Discounted / Flat pricing or Buy 2 Get 1 free Products.
4. The credit of Soch Circle points against purchases made at Soch Stores will be credited to customer Loyalty account within 24 hrs and for those purchases made on www.soch.com points will be credited after 15 days from the date of delivery.
5. The Soch Circle points earned would be valid for 12 months from the date of credit/Issuance of points. If not spent within 12 months from the date of credit of points, such Soch Circle points will automatically lapse and will not be re-credited in any event.
6. Loyalty points will be earned on the purchase value and the value of 1 Soch Circle point is 1 INR.
7. The Soch Circle program benefits cannot be clubbed with any other offer or discount whatsoever. The loyalty points will not, inter alia, be awarded or earned in the following cases:

a. Special offers, promotions or items excluded by the management from time to time at its sole discretion

b. Purchase of Gift Vouchers/cards or issue of a credit note


8. The Soch Apparels Pvt. Ltd . reserves the right to refuse to award loyalty points for any breach or non-compliance of these terms and conditions or failure to pay for the purchases.

1. The Soch Circle points earned by a member can be spent towards purchase of products in any of the exclusive stores of the Soch Apparels Pvt. Ltd. or www.soch.com subject to the terms and conditions mentioned herein. Soch Circle points cannot be spent for cash.
2. There is no minimum accumulation of Soch Circle points for spending. Once the transaction is completed, the Soch Circle points in a member's account will be reduced to the extent of the Points spent. If there is any shortfall in payment under an invoice after spending the loyalty points, the member shall pay such amounts separately.
3. Soch Circle Program and its benefits are available only to the enrolled members. For spending the Soch Circle points in any of the participating stores, a member will need to be personally present at the store and request for generation of a One Time Password (OTP) for each spending. Upon such request, an OTP will be sent to the member's registered mobile number as available in the records and the member will be required to provide the OTP so generated for validating such spending, failing which spending of points may be refused.
4. The member shall be responsible for providing and updating his/her mobile number at the time of enrolment and subsequently. For validating spending through OTP process, the Soch Apparels Pvt. Ltd. rely solely on the mobile number provided by the member from time to time and registered in its records, and shall not be liable for any consequences due to incorrect mobile number being provided or failure on the part of the member to forthwith update any change in his/her mobile number.
5. Soch Circle Points once spent against a purchase can in no event be re-credited or reversed.
6. Soch Apparels Pvt .Ltd. reserve the right to refuse spending of Soch Circle points for any breach or non-compliance of these terms and conditions or failure to pay for the purchases.

Ltd. shall not be responsible in any manner for any lost, delayed, incorrect, misdirected or incomplete communication.
9. By enrolling to the Soch Circle program, a member consents to use and disclosure by Soch Apparels Pvt. Ltd. of his/her personal and other information as provided by member at the time of enrolment and/or subsequently. The member shall be responsible for providing accurate information, including name, address and mobile number, at the time of enrolment and subsequently. The Soch Apparels Group rely solely on the information provided by the member from time to time and shall not be liable for any incorrect information or failure on the part of member to forthwith update any information or any consequences arising thereof.
10. The Soch Circle program is the property of Soch Apparels Pvt. Ltd. which will be the custodian of all information pertaining to Soch Circle program including the member details.
11. The Soch Apparels Pvt. Ltd reserve the right to withdraw any one or all of the memberships issued & will have limited liability to the member, regardless of the cause, only to the extent of the Soch Circle points available in the credit of the member's account.
12. The Soch Apparels Pvt. Ltd. reserve the right to change, cancel and modify any and all of the terms and conditions from time to time without assigning any reason or providing any intimation, including participating stores/brands and threshold values, reward structure relating to the Soch Circle program or discontinuation of the program itself at any point of time.
13. In the event of a dispute between the member and Soch Apparels Pvt. Ltd., with regard to or in relation to the Soch Circle program, the decision of the Soch Apparels Pvt. Ltd. shall be deemed as final and binding.
14. All the terms and conditions are subject to the Indian law and disputes, if any, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Bangalore Courts.
15. By enrolling to the Soch Circle program, a customer consents to and agrees to be bound by all the terms and conditions mentioned herein or as modified or varied from time to time by the Soch Apparels Pvt. Ltd.
16. The Soch management may, at its sole discretion and without any prior intimation, either add or discontinue any stores from the Soch Circle Program from time to time.
17. Dispute if any shall not constitute a claim against the Company; all disputes are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Bangalore only.
18. Any dispute or difference arising between the parties shall be resolved amicably at the first instance. Unresolved disputes, controversies, contests, disputes, if any shall be submitted to arbitration to a sole arbitrator appointed by “M/s. Soch Apparels Private Limited”. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 along with the Rules there under and any amendments thereto. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The decision/award of the arbitrator shall be final/conclusive and binding on the Parties. The seat of the arbitration shall be at Bangalore.

8. Offers under an M-coupon cannot be used for purchase of gift voucher or gift card or e-gift voucher.
